Stream Data Centers’ hyperscale campus in Goodyear, Arizona is emerging as the largest development of its kind in the area. At full build, the 157-acre campus will support up to 280 MW of critical load across more than two million square feet of data center space. With Phoenix I actively serving tenants, each of the six remaining buildings are being developed for separate and unique flexibility to ensure future data center development options.
Phoenix I, the first of seven planned facilities, supports 40 MW across 418,200 SF of data center space. Phoenix II is in development, with the remaining five buildings to emerge in the near term.
We invest in your success through speculative development in markets where we see future demand and in locations where TCO can be optimized, risk is low, network connectivity is robust, and sustainability is easily achievable. Goodyear certainly fits the bill and is fast becoming a prime destination for hyperscalers and enterprises alike.
